The Madhatter Custom Hat Bar is a hands-on experience where creativity takes the stage. Pick your hat, design your patch, and we’ll do the rest! Whether you’re designing for fun, a special event, or a gift, every hat becomes a story you can wear.
How Does It Work?

Pick from a curated selection of high quality in various colors, styles, and materials. Have recommendation for a type of hat we don’t have? Shoot us a note!

Now for the fun part! You can choose the shape, style, and material of the hat patch. Once you choose your patch you can choose from one of our designs, come up with your own idea or even send us a picture and we will engrave it right on the spot.

Once you’ve decided on a hat and we have picked out or created the perfect patch, we’ll do the rest! We will use a hat press that heats to seal the adhesive on the patch to the hat.

We can do all of these steps in front of you in a matter of minutes. Once completed, the hat is yours to wear and enjoy!
